Transcript

Yeah, I mean it basically it is. It's basically, I talked a little bit earlier about putting the important things on your calendar first. And it's the same thing with, you know, the work that we do. You know, what are the big rocks? What are the things that we need to do? And let's focus on those.

They're gonna be all kinds of you know, urgent interrupts, but if but if you spend the time in planning whether you're doing a release, you know scrum, you know, a two-week scrum, or sprint. Or you're doing a release. Let's make sure we're gonna focus on the important stuff.

Other stuff will come in, like bugs, or stuff like that, but let's stay focused on what we have to get done, that's important to the client, you know, in the release and and then fill it around with the other stuff that we'd like to catch up on.
