7 Habits Planner Web App Debuts at Innovation Showcase

Our Innovation Hours Program gives our employees time to work on their passion projects every week. As part of this series, we are highlighting how individuals are working on themselves, working on their startups, working on their community, and working on the labs.

We recently held an Innovation Showcase where employees could discuss and share their projects.  Over 2 years ago, Torah Oglander joined 1904labs as a Full Stack Developer.  During his innovation time over the past year, he created a web app in React that could support the type of planning described in the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey.  Considered our company handbook, this book is given to every new hire at 1904labs and reviewed several times throughout the year in an optional book clubs.

Watch to see the 7 habits planner in action!

This is one story of how our team is spending their time during Innovation Hours. Read more about the innovative projects our employees dedicate their time to in our Innovation Hours blog series
