    Interview Process

    • Recruiter Phone Interview

      During this initial conversation we want to get to know you, the types of projects you've worked on, and your career goals. We also enjoy answering your questions about 1904labs!

    • Technical Video Interview

      We will get you connected with someone within your discipline to dig into your technical chops and figure out where your passions lie and share some stories from within 1904labs.

    • Onsite Interview

      This is an opportunity to meet some additional folks within 1904labs and participate in a live exercise. For engineers, this step is conducted in the development environment and coding language of your choice. For Digital Experience, this entails giving you a scenario for which you would build out potential solutions.

    • Offer Letter

      If there is an alignment in upcoming projects, your skillset, and your interest in the labs we will make an offer and hope you join us!
